Entry Fee:  $30 per person first event, $10 per person second event.  Includes t-shirt, towel and lunch on Saturday

  • Junior singles & doubles 10’s, 12’s, 14’s, 16’s, 18’s                        
  • Adult doubles & Mixed doubles 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0                      
  • Adult singles 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 (adult division 19 and up)

Deadline:  All forms and fees must be received by 6pm on Monday, October 13th.
